9am on Saturday July 3rd 2021
Applicable dates are as follow:
- Melbourne Cup long weekend. Oct 29 – Nov 2nd (4 night minimum)
- December 26th Boxing Day – January 31, including Australia Day long weekend.
100% booking capacity will be available from September 1 onwards, unless overridden by future Covid 19 restrictions.
